Sequel is the only no-code/low-code solution that enables brands to quickly build their own online live event experiences and engage their communities on their own websites. Sequel provides actionable data insights that drive demand, inform sales, and allow marketers to optimize online events. The project aimed to design an insightful data visualization of user behavior during live events. Marketers can leverage future events based on the information on the dashboard. I joined the team to support this design effort.

During this phase, I conducted interviews with 5 users to gain insights into the requirements and needs. Each interview was meticulously designed with a series of questions aimed at understanding the user's perspective. This allowed us to gather valuable information on what users expect while scheduling events and what marketing needs to enhance their experience.
Based on the feedback gathered during the interview, I started designing a prototype. I presented the design to stakeholders and iterated based on feedback and business changes. Once high-fidelity prototypes were finalized, we went to our users to get their feedback and test ideas. We needed a few iterations before starting development.

The company aimed to provide clients with a comprehensive dashboard to deliver more relevant data. This solution enables users to gain detailed insights before, during, and after their live events, allowing for better decision-making and performance analysis. By offering real-time analytics and post-event reports, the dashboard empowers clients to optimize their strategies and improve overall event outcomes.
